Local Club Event Table Request

Missouri Bee Day 2026 & Future Events

One of the best ways to connect with beekeepers across Missouri is face-to-face—and MSBA is excited to offer local clubs the opportunity to either host an informational table or share materials on a “Local Clubs” table at Missouri Bee Day 2026 and possibly at future events.

This is a great way to showcase your club, meet new beekeepers, and strengthen the connection between local clubs and the statewide beekeeping community.

Why Participate?

Hosting a table allows your club to:

  • Connect with new and experienced beekeepers
  • Share information about your meetings, events, and membership
  • Grow awareness of your club in your region
  • Highlight your club’s activities and community involvement
  • Strengthen collaboration with MSBA and other local clubs

Whether your club is large or small, this is a great opportunity to be visible and engaged.

What to Expect

MSBA will provide space for your club to set up an informational table. Clubs are encouraged to bring:

  • Club brochures or handouts
  • Membership information
  • Photos or displays of club activities
  • A sign-up sheet for interested beekeepers
  • Club-specific items such as branded merchandise or apparel (***to support our registered vendors, we ask that clubs do not sell general beekeeping supplies***).

Please Note:
Clubs hosting a table should plan to have at least one representative available during the event to engage with attendees. This is a great outreach opportunity, so we encourage a welcoming and interactive presence.

How to Participate

If your club is interested in hosting a table at Missouri Bee Day 2026, please complete the request form below by June 1, 2026:
