Missouri Local Honey Finder Directory – Disclaimer and Agreement

By submitting this form, you certify and agree to the following:

1. Missouri Honey Only: All honey you list on this directory is produced exclusively from honeybees located within the state of Missouri. You do not and will not list honey sourced from bees outside of Missouri.

2. No Blended Honey: You do not and will not sell or offer for sale any honey that is a blend of honey from Missouri bees with honey from any other source, including honey from outside the state or country. All honey listed is 100% pure honey from Missouri bees.

3. Accuracy of Information: The information you provide in this form is accurate and up-to-date to the best of your knowledge. You agree to promptly update your listing if any information changes (e.g., contact information, honey types, etc.).

4. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable Missouri state laws and regulations regarding the production, sale, and labeling of honey.

5. Listing Removal: The Missouri State Beekeeping Association (MSBA) reserves the right to remove any listing from the directory at its discretion, including but not limited to listings that are found to be in violation of these terms or that contain inaccurate information. The MSBA also reserves the right to refuse any listing.

6. Hold Harmless: You agree to hold the MSBA harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation in the Local Honey Finder Directory, including but not limited to claims related to the quality or source of your honey.

Paying by check places considerable burden on our all volunteer staff. We ask that you please consider paying by paypal by unchecking the above box. You are able to use a credit card by doing so and NOT required to use their internal funding sources (like a bank account). It is much safer and more secure than sending a check by mail. We are able to keep membership costs low by not having to add extra processes such as taking your registration by check

All checks must be RECEIVED within 10 days or your registration information will be canceled and you will have to repeat the registration process again. MSBA is not responsible for registration checks that are lost in the mail.
