This form is for vendors to apply for the upcoming MSBA event. This is not a registration form. Due to limited space we can not accept all vendors. After receiving your application, our program committee will reach out and notify you if we are able to accommodate your requests to be a vendor at our event. If you are selected you will be billed $15 per person for lunch selections (this will be sent later after selection of vendors)

Event Description

The current plans for exhibitors at the Missouri 2024 Bee Conference is to have exhibitors setup inside the conference center in a separate dedicated space for vendors. There will be brief breaks and lunch time where there will be active time for members to meet with you as well as before and after the conference. If you have any concerns or special requests you may put them in the requirement requests above. Please be aware there are sometimes live bees at MSBA events and if you have any concerns with exposure to live bees we ask you consider this before choosing to attend.

In an effort to increase your company’s visibility we are offering the opportunity for vendors to provide an advertised vendor showcase where you provide an educational experience for attendees. These will be listed on the schedule.

MSBA thanks your for your participation and covers the majority of the costs for your attendance. We do ask exhibitors to help cover the costs of meals at the event. If your application is accepted we will send you an invoice for the cost of your meals/drinks/food of $15 per meal. Vendor Registration covers attendance for yourself and one additional helper at your booth if needed (if they intend to attend the conference lectures please have them use the standard registration process on https://www.mobees.org)
